Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United States: 5–9 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 7–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
• Rest of world: 10–15 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Ahnimal is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at help@ahnimal.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Ahnimal has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
